一寺院菴舍。已有砧基道人。一切煩難答應官府。並在此人。其僧不許具僧服入公聽跪拜。設若己身有犯即預先。去僧服以受擒拿。

"First, for monasteries, cloisters, and hermitages, there are already estate lay caretakers to handle all troublesome matters and respond to government offices; all these rest with such people. The monks are not permitted to enter public halls in monastic robes to kneel and bow. If they have committed an offense themselves, they must remove their monastic robes in advance to be arrested."
