七月十二日。本部官同僧錄司華蓋殿。欽奉聖旨。征南陣亡病故的官員軍士。就靈谷做好事。普度他。恁禮部用心整理。欽此。

"On the twelfth day of the seventh month, officials of this Ministry together with the Central Buddhist Registry, at the Hall of the Flowery Canopy, respectfully received an imperial decree: 'For the officers and soldiers of the southern expedition who died in battle or succumbed to illness, hold Buddhist rites at Linggu Monastery to universally deliver them. Let you in the Ministry of Rites attentively arrange this. Respect this.'"
