癸酉四年　甲戌五年四月。新建隆福寺成。車駕臨幸。勅纂宋元史書。通鑑綱目共集。

The fourth year, guiyou. The fifth year, jiaxu, fourth month: The newly constructed Longfu Monastery was completed. The imperial carriage visited it. An imperial decree ordered the compilation of history books on the Song and Yuan, together with the Tongjian gangmu.
