雪庭禪師　仁和人。族姓桂。母徐氏。十五出家參休休翁於仙林寺。十七剃度寓江陰朝明寺。有咏黃麗頌云。多情自信惜春光。飛入園林錦繡鄉。記得小窓驚我夢。滿應紅杏帶斜暘。有語錄行世。

Chan Master Xueting was a native of Renhe, surnamed Gui. His mother was Lady Xu. At fifteen, he left home to study under Old Man Xiuxiu at Xianlin Monastery. At seventeen, he shaved his head and lodged at Chaoming Monastery in Jiangyin. He had a eulogy on an oriole, which said: / "Self-assured in deep affection, cherishing the vernal light; / Flying into garden groves, a land of brocade and silk. / I recall the small window that startled me from my dream; / The red apricots in full bloom bear the slanting sun." / He had recorded sayings circulating in the world.
