庚午四年八月。浙江湖州府山崩成河　九月河決。小河口三百里皆淤。坡顧成河。溺人失米甚眾。

The fourth year, gengwu. In the eighth month, a mountain in Huzhou Prefecture, Zhejiang, collapsed into a river. In the ninth month, the Yellow River breached its dikes; Xiaohekou was silted up for three hundred li. The slopes collapsed to form a river, drowning many people and losing vast amounts of rice.
