祐案。瑞應本起善權眾經。及大智論並云。羅睺羅是裘夷所生而十二遊獨云。是第二夫人子。從多而斷則。宜以瑞應為正。

Sengyou notes: The Ruiying benqi jing, the various scriptures on skillful means, and the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa all state that Rāhula was born of Gopā, whereas the Shi'er you jing alone states that he was the son of the second consort. Judging by the majority, it is proper to take the Ruiying [benqi jing] as standard.
