吾師三界尊　有三十二相
等不存有無　度眾十二門
我年既幼稚　學根近薄尠
豈能宣至真　如來無極業
一切諸法本　從緣悉本無
若能反本源　乃名曰沙門

"My teacher is the Honoured One of the three realms,
Endowed with the thirty-two marks.
He equanimously clings neither to existence nor non-existence,
And delivers the multitude through the twelve gates.
My age is still youthful,
And the roots of my learning shallow and slight;
How could I proclaim the ultimate truth,
The boundless work of the Tathāgata?
The origin of all phenomena
Arises entirely from conditions and is fundamentally nonexistent.
If one can return to the original source,
Only then is one called a śramaṇa."
