勝哉多聞士　安靜林樹間
當觀一切法　虛偽不堅牢
生死多過患　涅槃最清涼
瞿曇子宜應　勤修無漏行
如是當不久　必受第一樂

Excellent is the man of wide learning,
dwelling quietly amidst the trees of the forest!
You should contemplate all dharmas
as false, deceptive, and not firm.
Birth and death have many faults and perils;
nirvāṇa is the supreme coolness.
Son of Gotama, you ought
diligently to cultivate practices free of outflows.
In this way, before long,
you will surely attain the foremost bliss.
