The Tathāgata's ankles are full, / the thousand-spoked wheel marks appear;
his toes are slender, long, and soft, / complete with webs of joined netting.
With great compassion he rescues all living beings, / severing the world's doubts and fetters.
Therefore today I / bow my head to his most supreme feet.
I have realized the four noble truths, / and praise the Buddha's mass of merits;
having offered praise and reverence, / it is fitting that you draw your feet back in.
