時始興郡靈化寺有比丘僧宗，亦博涉經論，著〈法性〉、〈覺性〉二論云。

At that time, at Linghua Temple in Shixing Commandery, there was the bhikṣu Sengzong, who was also widely versed in sūtras and treatises, and composed two treatises titled Dharmatā (Nature of Phenomena) and Bodhisattva-nature (Nature of Awakening).
