贊曰。前法祥鏡光。現於壁端。今嚴公月光。現於塔上。皆身心瑩徹之明驗也。乃至光明滿室者。金光彌亘江上數百里者。嗚呼。是可以偽為乎哉。

The eulogy says: Previously, Faxiang's mirror light appeared upon the edge of the wall; now Master Yan's moonlight appeared atop the stūpa. Both are clear proofs of body and mind becoming translucent and unobstructed. This extends even to cases where light fills the room, or where golden light stretches across the river for several hundred li. Ah! Can these be faked?
