建治元年（乙亥）五月二十八日（申時）於東大寺尊勝院新彌勒堂。令寫本等奉讀之畢。前權僧正宗性。聽眾。良曉得業。談義之後。即於當院家新學問所。為後覽記之。右筆華嚴宗末葉桑門侶宗性。年齡七十四。夏[萉-巴+(日/(句-口+匕))]六十二。

On the twenty-eighth day of the fifth month (hour of the monkey) in the first year of Kenji (wood-boar year [1275]), at the New Maitreya Hall of Sonshō'in at Tōdai-ji, the copies and other materials were completely read aloud. Former Provisional Junior Prelate Gyōnen. Audience: Ryōgyō Tokugyō. After the doctrinal discussion, in the new academy of this cloisters, this was recorded for future perusal. Scribe: Gyōnen, a monk of the later lineage of the Avataṃsaka school; age seventy-four, monastic age sixty-two.
