益州南禪無染大師。問無句之句師還答也無。師曰。從來只明恁麼事。僧曰。畢竟如何。師曰。且問看。

Great Master Wuran of Nanchan in Yizhou. A monk asked, "Does the Master answer a phrase without words?" The Master said, "From the beginning, I have only clarified such a matter." The monk said, "Ultimately, what is it?" The Master said, "Just ask and see."
