安州九𡽀敬慧禪師（第二世住）僧問。解脫深坑如何過得。師曰。不求過。僧曰。如何過得。師曰。求過亦非。

Chan Master Jinghui of Mount Jiuyi in Anzhou (abbot of the second generation): A monk asked, "How can one cross over the deep pit of liberation?" / The Master said, "Do not seek to cross." / The monk said, "How can one cross over?" / The Master said, "Seeking to cross is also wrong."
