灌州靈巖和尚。僧問。如何是道中寶。師曰。地傾東南天高西北。曰學人不會。師曰。落照機前異。師頌石鞏接三平曰。
Upādhyāya Lingyan of Guanzhou. A monk asked, “What is the jewel on the way?” The Master said, “The earth tilts to the southeast; heaven is high in the northwest.” The monk said, “I do not understand.” The Master said, “The setting sun before the mechanism is extraordinary.” The Master composed a verse on Shigong receiving Sanping:
