禪月詩云。禪客相逢只彈指。此心能有幾人知。大隨和尚舉問禪月。如何是此心。無對（歸宗柔代云。能有幾人知）。
A poem by Chanyue says: "When Zen guests meet, they merely snap their fingers; / How many can know this mind?" Upādhyāya Dasui cited this and asked Chanyue, "What is this mind?" Chanyue had no reply. (Guizong Rou gave the substitution: "How many can know?")
