第九觸途成觀者。夫再演言詞重標觀體。欲明宗旨無異言觀。有逐方移。方移則言理無差。無差則觀旨不異。不異之旨即理。無差之理即宗。旨一而二名言觀明其弄胤耳。

The ninth, reaching contemplation in every circumstance: Now, stating words once again and setting forth the substance of contemplation once more is intended to clarify that the purport and principle are not different, though words and contemplation adapt to different directions. Adapting to directions, the words and principle do not err; without error, the contemplation and purport do not differ. The non-differing purport is precisely the principle; the unerring principle is precisely the essential school. The purport is one, yet two terms—words and contemplation—clarify its function and manifestation.
