28.45

上曰。更有何人。師對。學佛者眾機緣亦廣。切恐有勞聖聽不敢多奏。乃云。臣乞回寺與諸衲子傳佛心宗仰報覆燾之恩。願　陛下早復中原以慰四海之望。

The Emperor said, "Who else is there?" The Master replied, "Those who study the Buddha are numerous, and the circumstances of their potential are vast. Fearing to tire the imperial ear, I dare not memorialize much." He then said, "Your servant begs to return to the monastery to transmit the Buddha Mind Lineage together with the patch-robed monks and respectfully repay the debt of your overarching protection. May Your Majesty soon recover the Central Plains to comfort the hopes of the Four Seas."
