9.27

潤州普慈院崇珍禪師。僧問如何是普慈境。師曰。出門便見鶴林山。曰如何是境中人。師曰。入門便見珍長老。

Chan Master Chongzhen of Puci Cloister in Runzhou. A monk asked, "What is the environment of Puci?" The master said, "Stepping out the gate, one immediately sees Mount Helin." [The monk] said, "Who is the person in the environment?" The master said, "Entering the gate, one immediately sees Elder Zhen."
