2.33

既而超身太虛。示十八變。復其座跏趺而化。當此周平王之世也。多迦乃以室籌而闍維之。收其舍利建塔供養。

Soon afterwards, he leapt up into empty space, manifested the eighteen transformations, returned to his seat, crossed his legs, and passed away. This was during the reign of King Ping of the Zhou. Dhītika then used the tallies from the chamber to cremate him, collected his relics, and erected a stupa to make offerings to them.
