已依集錄及口傳　略錄三寶感應錄
乃至見聞讚毀者　同蒙利益出生死
釋迦如來末法中　一聞三寶生少信
三世罪障盡消除　當生必見諸聖眾
願錄感應諸功德　回施法界諸有情
令獲勝生增福惠　同證廣大三菩提

Relying on compiled records and oral transmission,
I have briefly set down this record of the Three Jewels' sympathetic responses.
May even those who witness, hear, praise, or slander it
Together receive benefit and transcend birth and death.
In the final age of Śākyamuni Tathāgata's Dharma,
If one hears of the Three Jewels and generates even a little faith,
The sinful obstacles of the three periods of time will be completely extinguished,
And in this very life one will certainly behold all the holy assemblies.
I pray that all the merits of recording these sympathetic responses
May be dedicated to sentient beings of the Dharma realm,
Causing them to obtain superior rebirth, increase in blessing and wisdom,
And together realize vast, unsurpassed awakening.
