捕捍國（中安國也）周千七百餘里東西長。又西四百餘里至伐地國（西安國也）周四百餘里。又西南行行五百餘里至貨利習彌國。順縛芻河兩岸東西可三十里。南北五百餘里。又從颯[示*末]建國西南行。三百餘里至。

The kingdom of Buxārā (Puhan; Central Anguo). It is one thousand seven hundred li in circuit, long from east to west. Going west for another four hundred li, one reaches the kingdom of Vardāna (Fadiguo; Western Anguo). It is more than four hundred li in circuit. Going southwest for more than five hundred li, one reaches the kingdom of Khwārazm (Huoliximiguo). Along both banks of the Oxus (Vakṣu) River, it is about thirty li from east to west and more than five hundred li from north to south.
