東林繼四絕。物象更清幽。社客去不返。鍾峯雲也秋。松枯群狖散。溪大蠧槎流。待卜歸休計。重來臥石樓。

Donglin succeeds the four peerless wonders, / Its scenery even more serene and secluded. / The society's guests have departed and never returned; / Over Bell Peak, the clouds too show an autumn chill. / Pines wither and the troops of monkeys scatter; / The creek swells, and worm-eaten logs drift by. / Waiting to divine a plan for retiring, / I shall return to lie in the stone pavilion.
