賢劫大千微塵年。五濁鼎沸朔。現壽百齡日。使持節都督恒沙世界諸軍事征魔大將軍淨州刺史十地王臣金剛藏。使持節都督八萬波羅蜜諸軍事破結將軍領魔蠻校尉大司馬梵州刺史八地公臣解脫月等。稽首和南上。

In the Dust-Particle Year of the Great Chiliocosm of the Wise Kalpa; on the new moon when the Five Turbidities boil up; on the day of the present life-span of one hundred years. The Commissioner Bearing the Tally, Commander-in-Chief of All Military Affairs in the Gangā-Sands Worlds, Subduing Māra Generalissimo, Inspector of Jingzhou, King of the Tenth Stage, Subject Vajragarbha; and the Commissioner Bearing the Tally, Commander-in-Chief of All Military Affairs of the Eighty Thousand Pāramitās, Severing Bonds Generalissimo, Colonel Commanding the Barbarians of Māra, Grand Minister of War, Inspector of Fan Prefecture, Duke of the Eighth Stage, Subject Vimukticandra, and others, bow their heads, pay reverent homage, and submit this statement:
