夫滅情去欲則道心明真。群斯班姓妄造黃書。呪癩無端以伏輕誚（咒曰。天道畢三五成日月明。出窈窈入冥冥。氣入真氣通神氣布道氣行姦邪。鬼賊皆消亡。視我者盲聽我者聾。感有謀圖我者反受其殃。我吉而彼凶。至甲子詔為醮錄男女娉合尊卑不別。吳陸修靜復勤行此）。
