Shi Zhijing kowtows, kowtows at the chariot of the Bright General. Together we walk mysterious paths with different fords, yet humans and devas share a single governance. Though our ancestral masters differ, the three realms are largely the same. I have constantly planned for a fine assembly to express what has long accumulated; yet because our flags and banners have not united in obscurity, we have been separated. Now the Dharma King rules the world, and the ten directions contemplate compliance; the numinous net is just now being unfurled, and the great cords are ever more tightly bound. The great penetration has its appointed time, and our exalted meeting is at hand. Unable to bear my eager yearning, I write this letter to convey my meaning.
