The Bodhisattva says: Laozi says: 'The reason I have great misfortune is none other than having a body. If I had no body, what misfortune would I have?' The origin of misfortune is nothing other than the body. Since Laozi suffered from having a body and sought to be without affliction, he could not escape white hair, being no different from the mundane world. If you speak of eternal life, why did he die so early?
