夫道備監撫望表元良。察遠知微貫宗包極。不勞斧藻無待審諭。況復靜悟空有同觀真俗。能行能說既信既持。眾等齊誠奉逮儲君殿下。歸命敬禮。云云。

Now, when the Dao is fully equipped for overseeing and pacifying, expectations represent the foremost excellence. Discerning the distant, knowing the subtle, penetrating the lineage and encompassing the utmost. Not toiling over embellishment, not waiting for detailed instruction; how much more so when quietly realising emptiness and existence, simultaneously contemplating the ultimate and conventional truths; capable of action and capable of speech, already believing and already upholding. All of you, with uniform sincerity on behalf of His Highness the Crown Prince, take refuge and pay reverent homage, and so forth.
