夫誠心內惻則至覺如在。形力外殫則法身咫步。眾等相與增到。為諸王兄弟妃主戚屬。歸命敬禮。云云。

Now, when sincere devotion is felt within, the supreme enlightened one is as if present; when bodily strength is exhausted without, the dharmakāya is only a step away. Together, with redoubled devotion, on behalf of the princes, brothers, consorts, princesses, and royal relatives, let us take refuge and pay homage, and so forth.
