17.35

吳州於大禹寺起塔。舍利凡五度江。風波不起。既至寺放青黃赤白之光。獲紫芝高二尺餘。四莖共三蓋。天時陰晦。舍利將下日便朗照。始入函雲復合。

In Wu prefecture, a pagoda was erected at Dayu Temple. The relics crossed the river five times, and no wind or waves arose. Once they arrived at the temple, blue, yellow, red, and white lights were emitted, and a purple lingzhi mushroom over two feet high was obtained, with four stems sharing three caps. The weather was dark and overcast. As the relics were about to be lowered, the sun shone brightly; as soon as they entered the casket, the clouds gathered again.
