鄧州表云。舍利四月六日石函變作玉及瑪瑙。其石有文。現正國德三字。并有仙人驎鳳等出。

The memorial from Dengzhou stated: On the sixth day of the fourth month, the stone casket for the relics transformed into jade and agate. The stone bore patterns displaying the three characters 'virtue of rectifying the state' [zheng guo de], and immortals, qilins, phoenixes, and the like also emerged.
