19.30

臣綱臣綸臣紀言。一日輕敢上聞。願垂法雨。天鑒凝遠未蒙降遂。預均藥木誠同器水。徒美春華還憐秋藿。伏惟

Your subjects Gang, Lun, and Ji state: The other day we presumptuously dared to submit our petition, wishing for You to bestow the Dharma-rain. The heavenly mirror reflects from afar and has not yet deigned to grant our request. Being pre-allocated equally like medicinal herbs and trees, we are truly like water in different vessels; merely admiring the spring blossoms, we also pity the autumn pulse. Humbly we reflect that
