制又問。下座諸律師。復云何解。龍光寺道恩奉答。律文不斷。涅槃經方斷。

The Imperial decree asked again: "How do the other Vinaya masters of the lower seats explain it?" Dao'en of Longguang Temple respectfully replied: "The Vinaya text does not prohibit it; only the Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra prohibits it."
