法寵奉答事畢。三律師並下。又勅始興寺。景猷昇高座。讀楞伽央掘魔羅經所明斷肉經文。今載如左。

Fachong's respectful replies were concluded, and the three Vinaya masters all stepped down. An imperial order was then issued to Jingyou of Shixing Temple to ascend the high seat and read the passages from the Laṅkāvatāra-sūtra and the Aṅgulimālīya-sūtra clarifying the prohibition of meat, which are now recorded as follows.
