已去憒鬧得空閑　已離俗愛無攀緣
已出馳動入寂定　已離染著得無礙
已捨苦境得無惱　已離妻子無纏縛
已棄飾好厭華侈　已絕聲色滅貪求
已斷榮辱去我見　已向八正趣道門
已披弘誓忍辱鎧　已服解脫涅槃衣
已望畢竟空寂舍　已登慈悲憙捨堂
已見迴向之大利　已聽多聞自覺音
佛見出家之大利

Having left turbulence and attained seclusion; / Having parted from worldly love and having no clinging conditions; / Having emerged from running about and entered quiescent concentration; / Having parted from defiled attachment and attained unhinderedness; / Having abandoned painful realms and attained freedom from vexation; / Having parted from wife and children and having no entanglements; / Having cast away ornaments and despised luxury; / Having severed sights and sounds and eradicated greedy seeking; / Having cut off glory and disgrace and discarded the view of self; / Having turned toward the eightfold noble path and proceeded to the gate of the Way; / Having donned the armor of the great vow and forbearance; / Having worn the robes of liberation and nirvāṇa; / Having looked toward the dwelling of ultimate emptiness and quiescence; / Having mounted the hall of benevolence, compassion, joy, and equanimity; / Having seen the great benefit of dedication; / Having listened to the sound of broad learning and self-awakening— / The Buddha saw the great benefit of leaving the household
