第四慚愧師僧。然我父母生育訓誨。不能使我出生死海。今此師僧教我出家受增上戒。懷羅漢胎得羅漢果。而我違犯。深為可愧。

Fourth is feeling shame toward one's monastic teachers. Indeed, my parents gave me birth and training, yet could not cause me to escape the ocean of birth and death. Now these monastic teachers taught me to leave home, receive the higher precepts, conceive the womb of the arhat, and attain the arhat fruit; yet I have transgressed against them. This is deeply shameful.
