見學問誦經人。自無此行不使彼作。見圍遶禮拜者。自懶惰故嫉令不行。見有唱導梵音者。自不及彼願不為之。

Seeing someone who studies and recites the scriptures, lacking such practice oneself, one does not let them do it. Seeing someone circumambulating and bowing in worship, being lazy oneself, one jealously causes them not to practice it. Seeing someone who intones and leads in chanting the Sanskrit sound, falling short of them oneself, one wishes they would not do it.
