身為苦本。自所造集。於生死中復增惡業。不能改悔隨順佛語。是故特須深自剋責。
The body is the root of suffering, assembled by one's own doing; amid birth and death, one further augments evil karma, unable to repent and comply with the Buddha's words. Therefore, one must especially reproach oneself deeply.
