大業三年正月二十八日。菩薩戒弟子皇帝。總持稽首和南十方。一切諸佛十方一切尊法十方一切賢聖。
On the twenty-eighth day of the first month of the third year of Daye [607 CE], the Emperor, a disciple holding the Bodhisattva Precepts, with dhāraṇī bows his head and makes obeisance to all the Buddhas of the ten directions, all the venerated Dharmas of the ten directions, and all the worthy and noble saṅgha of the ten directions:
