如度命妙經云。大劫交周。天崩地淪。欲界滅無。太平道經佛法華大小品。周遊上下十八天中。在色界內至大劫交。其文乃沒。其玉清上道三洞神經真文玉字。出於元始。在二十八天無色界上大羅玉京山玄臺災所不及。故自然之文。與運同生同滅。能奉之七祖生天。轉輪聖王代代不絕。

As the Wondrous Scripture for the Deliverance of Life says: “When the great kalpa undergoes its transition, heaven collapses and earth sinks, and the desire realm is destroyed into nothingness. The Scripture of the Great Peace, the Buddha's Lotus [Sūtra], and the Great and Small Chapters roam up and down through the eighteen heavens; residing within the form realm, when the transition of the great kalpa arrives, their texts are submerged. The Supreme Dao of Jade Purity, the Divine Scriptures of the Three Caverns, and the true texts in jade characters emerged from the Primordial Beginning; above the formless realm of the twenty-eight heavens, on the Dark Terrace of the Jade Capital Mountain in the Grand Net, disasters cannot reach them. Therefore, these natural texts are born together and perish together with the cycles of cosmic revolution. For those able to uphold them, their ancestors of seven generations will be born in heaven, and wheel-turning holy kings will succeed generation after generation without interruption.”
