Your Majesty mounted great compassion to initiate the imperial fortune, and responded to dark communion to fulfill the destined era. Suddenly dwelling in the spiritual domain, you gloriously descended upon the dharma-ocean; transmitting the fine statutes of former kings, you expounded the multitude of wonders in the perfect sound. Examining the mysterious plans of the ranked sages, you gathered all beings into the pure land. The three thousand lands together receive your awe-inspiring spiritual power; the hundred billion varied continents alike follow your vocal teaching. There is only the false master of the mind, the ālaya-vijñāna, who arrogated the titles and implements of state and insolently usurped the common people. Holding sway over the city of the gandharvas, he has endured for long years, pursuing extreme confusion in dreamscapes and lingering through the long night without return, giving rein to extreme chaos among sky-flowers and remaining intoxicated year after year. He advanced cognitive conditioning to serve as a border bulwark and enlisted conceptual proliferation as ministers of his tent. He cast the multitude of people into drowning and troubled them with spears and arrows.
