桓玄三報曰。自有內外兼弘者。何其於用前代理。卿區區惜此。更非讚其道也。
Huan Xuan's Third Reply: 'There are naturally those who promote both the inner and outer together; why must one rely on the principles of the previous dynasty? You gentlemen's petty begrudging of this is, moreover, not a praise of their Way.'
