內七喻曰（注老子生於賴鄉葬於槐里。詳乎秦佚之弔。責在遁天之形。瞿曇出彼王宮。隱茲鵠樹。傳乎漢明之世。祕在蘭臺之書）。

The Internal Seventh Analogy states: (Note: Laozi was born in Lai Township and buried in Huaili; detailed in Qin Yi's condolences, his fault lay in evading the natural form. Gautama emerged from that royal palace and concealed himself beneath these crane trees; this was transmitted down to the era of Emperor Ming of Han and kept secret in the books of the Orchid Terrace.)
