The guest said: 'The Classic of Filial Piety takes leaving the four parts uninjured as the foundation of virtue (the four parts are body, limbs, hair, and skin; the whole body, the four limbs, the hair, and the skin of a person are all born of the parents; not daring to damage them means that among human conduct none is greater than filial piety, hence it is called the foundation of virtue).
