而殺而食者。即殺我父母。亦殺我故身（即殺我父母者。謂殺多劫已來所生我之父母。或有宿報而墮於此類若今殺而食之者。恐然也。亦殺我故身者或殺我前生曾墮此類。今若殺者亦如殺我故身也）。

'To kill and eat them is to kill my parents, and is also to kill my former body' ('To kill my parents' means killing those who gave birth to me throughout many kalpas; perhaps due to past karma they have fallen into these classes, so if one now kills and eats them, this is feared to be the case. 'And is also to kill my former body' means that perhaps in a former life one had fallen into such a class; if one kills them now, it is also like killing one's former body).
