又奚得以體而可局哉（三教聖人各立門風。其當行不同。由是之道隨人根器而授之。又何得用一體而可局量也哉）。

How, then, could it be confined to a single mold? (The sages of the Three Teachings each established their own traditions, and the appropriate actions differ; therefore the Way is conferred according to people's faculties and capacities, so how could it be measured and confined to a single mold?).
