及仲尼周流天下。而時君莫行其道（及至夫子周流七十餘國。欲行先王之仁政。故當時國君皆無行其道者）。

When Zhongni traveled across all under heaven, none of the contemporary rulers put his Way into practice (When the Master traveled through more than seventy states, wishing to enact the benevolent government of the former kings, none of the rulers of the states at that time put his Way into practice).
