又周穆王壬申五十二年二月中。有白虹一十二道。南北貫通。連宵不滅（虹橋光也。其光相貫徹南北。日夜不滅）。

Furthermore, in the second month of the fifty-second year (*renshen*) of King Mu of the Zhou, there were twelve white rainbows that penetrated from south to north, persisting through the night without fading (a rainbow is a bridge of light; the appearance of this light penetrated north and south without fading day or night).
