沙門不空言。伏奉　恩命今月十五日。故大弘教三藏遠忌。設千僧齋。賜茶一百一十串。伏戴殞悲啟處無地。不空誠哀誠恐以悽以感。故大和上道被四生。化遷十地耀容。緬邈。經此忌辰。倍增霜露之悲。深積鶴林之痛。

The śramaṇa Amoghavajra speaks: Humbly receiving the gracious command that on the fifteenth day of this month, the distant anniversary of the late Tripitaka Master of the Great Propagation of the Teaching [Vajrabodhi], a feast for one thousand monks be held and one hundred and ten strings of tea be granted, I am overwhelmed with grief and have nowhere to turn, feeling sincere sorrow, awe, grief, and emotion. The late great master's way covered the four kinds of beings, and his transformation shifted throughout the ten stages. His glorious countenance is now distant; passing this memorial day redoubles the sorrow of frost and dew, and deeply accumulates the grief of the Crane Forest.
