右特進試鴻臚卿三藏沙門大廣智不空奏。先奉恩命往五臺山。修功德至太原。巡禮上件寺。因得瞻覩　高祖太宗起義聖跡並在此寺。實為國家皇業所興之源。固不合同諸寺例。伏乞天慈蠲免一切差科及地稅。便迴充。

Submitted by the Specially Advanced, Acting Court of Imperial Regalia Chamberlain, Tripiṭaka Śramaṇa Da Guangzhi Amoghavajra: Having previously received the imperial command to go to Mount Wutai to perform meritorious works, I arrived in Taiyuan and visited the aforementioned temple. There I was able to behold the holy traces where Gaozu and Taizong raised their righteous rebellion, which are located in this temple. This is truly the source from which the imperial enterprise of the state arose, and certainly should not be treated like ordinary monasteries. I humbly beg Your Imperial Compassion to exempt it from all corvée levies and land taxes, and turn them instead to support [the temple].
